All Zipporah solutions are delivered by expert project or product managers, armed with years of training, experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Zipporah systems. Training is usually provided on-site, on a ‘train-the-trainer’ basis.
Zipporah systems always come with our comprehensive and easy-to-follow user guides and we are currently working on training videos, following the request at our most recent user-group conference. It is thought that step-by-step on-screen instruction with one of our product managers will ease customer training.
We are dedicated to customer service and continued development of our products and knowledge distribution. Our product specialist team is dedicated to developing our customer service and improving your experience of working with us. Our user-guides (in the form of handbooks and videos) are continually updated and released to ensure you’re kept up-to-date on developments and to keep you learning about new ways to improve your existing services.
Emma’s role as Managing Director gives her responsibility for managing the day to operations of the company, setting and monitoring of strategic and financial targets and delivery of its vision to become a leading supplier in the IT software market.
Her extensive background in IT, with over 20 years’ experience delivering services and support to the public and private sectors gives her the experience and confidence to run what is now a global company. Her journey from post room assistant to Managing Director of a multi-million pounds company is one which is underpinned by determination, a professional attitude and a down to earth style - which others see, relate to, and most importantly can become encouraged by as they look to develop their own careers.
Scott is chiefly responsible for the technical architecture and further development and enhancement of all Zipporah solutions. His hard-earned experience, honed over 20 years in the digital transformation sector, is critical to ensuring continued company success and further, global expansion.
Starting as a librarian, Scott soon moved onto projects bringing technology into libraries. From there Scott began working for a range of public sector bodies in various positions; such as head of a web solutions, delivering a range of transformational solutions through the web to deliver everything from expense claims to online benefit claims. His later work as the IT consultant to the Local eGovernment Standards Body allowed him to further his understanding of what makes projects successful and solidified his understanding of the organisational and technical infrastructure required for true digital transformation. His 30 years’ experience in IT and digital-implementation allows Scott to quickly and accurately assess situations and develop comprehensive and extremely effective plans to combat any deficiencies.
