Zipporah technology recognised by Welsh Government
The Welsh Government has thanked Zipporah in a glowing review of the free appointment booking system, currently in use across multiple authorities in Wales, and elsewhere in the UK.
Zipporah's free appointment booking solution is effectively being used across the UK, keeping a number of public services running 'business as usual', in unusual times. Commenting on the success of the system at the Vale of Glamorgan recycling centres, The Economy, Transport and North Wales Minister, Ken Skates said:
“ [the technology] is absolutely essential in ensuring physical distancing rules are maintained and people can come and go with confidence and ease. I’d like to thank Zipporah and the Vale of Glamorgan council for working collaboratively to bring a successful solution into the public domain. ”

Zipporah's appointment booking solution remains available - completely free of charge - to all local authorities during the Covid-19 crisis, and we encourage all council departments who are interested in the technology to get in touch.
