Zipporah and Civica - Delivering Digital Transformation to ANZ Councils
Zipporah is pleased to announce its partnership with Civica which will see both organisations offering their existing customers the opportunity to benefit from a truly transformational partnership.
The Zipporah booking system, including the full suite of bookings products such as Impact+ along with waste bookings, will be ready to integrate into Civica Authority, a cloud optimised enterprise solution which delivers a wide range of functionality to any Local Authority. This will allow the extensive client base of Civica in the ANZ region, along with those clients of Zipporah already using the Civica Authority system, to benefit from out of the box intelligent real time integration in the same manner as another modules of Authority being added. In addition the partnership will see Civica take up the implementation aspect of Zipporah solutions allowing them to implement Zipporah bookings outside of the Authority product for their extended client base.
