Flexibility and rapid implementation key to Manchester City Council’s covid safe back to work strategy – Zipporah provides both
Manchester City Council is a longstanding client of Zipporah having used the Registrars system for many years. So, it was to Zipporah they turned when they needed an online room booking system to underpin their new post covid staff working model – allowing staff to start the safe return to the office. Speed of implementation was key as hundreds of rooms needed to be made available within a month and a flexible system was needed to accommodate future changes as new hybrid working practices develop.

Zipporah worked with them exploring multiple different booking process options to ensure the best fit that would deliver on their vision and so the contract was secured.
The system was completed on time and is now fully operational in the council and they are now preparing to extend the resources in the system further as they develop their new hybrid working strategies.
