Australian Success - City of Yarra
Zipporah are pleased to announce the addition of a new client in the State of Victoria.
Zipporah's latest win comes from the upmarket, suburban city of Yarra - where the organisation has recently been awarded the contract for provision of a new Venue Booking and Event Management System.
When it comes to embracing digital technologies, there are few countries who can claim to be as innovative, ambitious and open-minded as Australia – but as such a distinguished authority, Zipporah are particularly pleased to be working with Yarra.
Following an extensive tendering process; including thorough demonstrations around a range of scenarios, Zipporah’s system has been recognised as the best-in-class solution, and commissioned to supply the authority for their requirement. The solution will allow Yarra to manage the bookings of 238 different venues and spaces, including staff meeting rooms and function spaces; within town halls, community halls, library meeting rooms as well as open-space locations within parks and sporting reserves. The solution also includes a range of integrations, including finance, document-management and CRM. All of these will help the flow of information and deliver an efficient, modern service for the council – including true, 24/7 online interface for their customers.
Scott Burton, Technical Director of Zipporah, commented:
"I'm very proud to have added City of Yarra Council to our now established client base in Australia. Along with the City of Greater Dandenong, Yarra is the second authority in the state of Victoria to have turned to a Zipporah solution, and we hope to see this trend continue to develop in the future.
The encouraging, 'can do' attitude of the City of Yarra is echoed throughout the country, and our experience working with Australian Councils is always a positive one. We have already commenced work on development of the Yarra project and are eager to commence with deployment, so they can start to see the benefits of their selection".
Zipporah look forward to working with City of Yarra Council and will provide more updates over the coming months.
